I don't just work with fitness & wellness professionals for fun (I mean it is definitely part of it). I grew up in a home where movement was a priority, and I carry that with me throughout my life.

I’ve spent years training, coaching, teaching fitness classes, and pushing my own limits - both physically and professionally. I understand what it takes to build a business around helping people feel better, stronger, and more confident in their bodies.

That lived experience matters.

It means I don’t just design what looks good - I design with an understanding of trust, credibility, and clarity. I know what your clients need to feel before they book. I know how overwhelming it can be to grow a business while still trying to stay aligned with why you started in the first place.
